making a short film about college life.
Here is my screen shot of the film that I have made on the camera and these videos are on the FMP fold.
First I put my SD card in the video camera and I put my video camera on the tripod.
Then I put my Micro phone into the camera, also I put my headphones into the video camera, and Faye was in front of the camera and then I sat down on a chair to be level with Faye.
Before I started interview on the Faye Jackson, I asked Faye that could you tell me a little more about the Level 2 course and what it included.
I count down 321, then I said action, I pressed the recorder button, then Faye started taking.
I was listen to Faye, while the video camera was recording Faye Jackson.
In the film, we told Faye to sit behind the background to get a good background for the film.
While Faye was talking to the camera, the teacher next door was taking and the kids in the next room were making noise so I edited the sound. I will put some music in the background of Faye talking and I will cut background sound.
The camera that I brought first was no good, because the video camera did not have a connection that I could put the micro phone connection into. I couldn’t find the socket that I could connect the micro phone in it.
The camera that I brought was broken.
I can edit the sound by using the post production, I had put my camera back into the box and I had to get a new camera and the camera that I have got was okay, also it had a Micro Phone connection and the camera was not in focus and that's why the picture was out of the focus.
The first interview that I have done with Shashana and the background was fuzzy and it was not clear.
Next time If I interview Shashana and I will put the camera onto the tripod, so I can get a better quality of the picture, also the picture should be in focus
The reason that I had to choose location is because it was quiet and this location had a sofa the lighting in the room was okay.
The camera was broken and it did not have a connection for the Micro Phone.
Redo Shashana interview because it was blurry and I will use a tripod next time.
The video camera that I have used for the film was the college camera, the name of the camera that I have used is Panasonic and it's a Full HD camera, HDC- SD900.
It's good that you learnt so much from filming and what can go wrong; especially filming in a public space, but you re-filmed some interviews which is great.
